Spiritual hypnosis is not clinical hypnosis. It does not focus on behaviour change, stopping smoking or weight loss. It uses the trance state as a gateway to something deeper, direct contact with dimensions of reality that the ordinary waking mind cannot access.

It is focused on accessing states most people never reach, including extrasensory perception and direct contact with subtle dimensions of reality.
Is spiritual healing the same as energy healing?
They overlap but are distinct. Energy healing at Lyran focuses on clearing and rebalancing the energetic field, useful for physical or emotional pain and general wellbeing. Spiritual healing is broader and includes awakening work through hypnosis and Shaktipat transmission. Both can be part of the same journey.
Do I need to be spiritual or have prior experience?
No. You do not need to identify as spiritual, hold any beliefs, or have any prior experience with meditation or energy work. Curiosity and openness are the only prerequisites.
